Magazine Advert Progress 3

I have placed the photograph of Ellis onto the advertisement however cut it off with a square box as it did not look right with his whole body underneath the text layers. I need to take photographs of Lucy to use on this however the rest is done and not much adjustment should need to be made after the photos are taken and edited ready to put on the poster and digipak.

I created the hmv logo myself as it is a common feature on an album advertisement that it will have where to buy the product from. I typed out "hmv" and went through the fonts until I got the right font. I then colour picked the colour from the existing hmv logo to make this more realistic.

Target - A

To achieve my target my research, planning and evaluation must be detailed, effectively communicated and presented digitally, using a wide variety of formats. I need detailed research into similar products and target audience and to show the process of planning by including excellent work on shotlists, drafts, storyboards, scripts, locations and props. I need to show full evidence of the research and
planning informing the construction process.
My evaluation must reflect my excellent understanding of forms and conventions, an understanding of the use of new media throughout the stages of production, the way my ancillary and primary tasks combine effectively. There will be an excellent understanding of the significance of audience feedback.
My production work, across the formats, will demonstrates excellent creativity and imagination as I seek to make them as convincing as possible and it will also reflect my mastery in technical skills such as controlled use of the camera, attention to framing, variety of shot sizes, close attention to mise-en-scène, appropriate transitions and use of sound.
